Once your 10 day trial has expired, you will have an opportunity to decide to continue with the full package or, you may cancel your trial, and no further charges will be incurred.  When you accept the continuation of service, you have accepted the terms and conditions reviewed during trial sign-up and monthly service fees will be charged to your credit card.

If you are not satisfied and wish to cancel your subscription service with 30 days notice, please email: cancel@medicalrelay.com with your client sign-in and password referenced in the introductory email.  Any included calls remaining will be available until the end of the billing cycle, and your plan and fees will not continue past next billing period.
